2. Friends are Gold

Good friends are like family, and friendships need to be nurtured. As we get older, we discover who are friends truly are, and there's simply no room for fair-weathered friends.  In this episode I chat about the value of good friendships, including nearby and far away, with a reminder to reach out to old friends when you begin to lose touch.
