Beauty from Within is my personal story about a time when I was headed down the path of an eating disorder. In dealing with grief and loss, I found solace in fitness, and attempted to regain control of my world through excessive dieting. This is the story of my journey, and my appreciation for an amazing family doctor who helped me regain a healthy focus. This took me many years to share this story in writing, and today this takes more courage to record it and share it. *Includes a narrated version of the story Beauty from Within, written by Linda Leverman and included in the book Relax & Read, A Creative Collection of Stories.
