7. Did You Intend to Be That Rude, Or Was It a Mistake?

Do you consider yourself to be rude or polite? Is the word "thank-you" a forgotten term, or is it something you say regularly? Do you pass wind in public and laugh out loud, or do your best to remember the old saying "a time and a place?" Ah, we all have different opinions on manners, but one thing is for sure: to bring your best manners forward when working with people is a great way to share kindness. In today's episode I share a few stories and discuss ways that through good manners we can be kind, inclusive and simply nice to others.
